What is an Elder?
Elders are members of the congregation whose witness and leadership have approved their nomination to serve and have been affirmed by vote of the Woodlands Community Church members.
Their primary roles are to set church policy, oversee pastoral care of the congregation and work in alignment with the Lead Pastor to fulfill the vision to 'make courageous Christ-followers willing to risk all, to serve all, to save all.'
